Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. 庄扬思 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Kara kartal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Cafer Arınç didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 16th minute. Aykut Er received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Mircho Dyakov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 庄扬思 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 minutes of play, Kara kartal's Mircho Dyakov made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. If Mircho Dyakov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ertunç Songün kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. A collision led to Kara kartal getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Aykut Er hit a great ball. Kara kartal's 庄扬思 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Kara kartal from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Aykut Er kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. 77 minutes into the match, Kara kartal's goalkeeper 庄扬思 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. 庄扬思 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 79th minute. Mircho Dyakov struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kara kartal. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 庄扬思 having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aykut Er, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Kara kartal had won after a very even match.
