Leonides Matai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Puig was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 86th minute. Costa Rica's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. vencedores FC's Leonardo de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 90th minute of play. When Leonardo Prata came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the vencedores FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Prata couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. vencedores FC had won after a very even match.
