Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Jundiaí -DMZ- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Faria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dráusio Moura could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Dráusio Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Jundiaí -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Rômulo Pena. Abel Carballo charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abel Carballo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dráusio Moura in the 22nd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 played minutes Jundiaí -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Wilson Meireles. 27 minutes into the match, Jundiaí -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Júnior Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Vítor Trancoso's late challenge caught a Costa Rica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Vítor Trancoso helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th minute, José Vítor Trancoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Wilson Meireles tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Juan Rubio got a free kick in the 36th minute. After 38 played minutes Jundiaí -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Faria. 43 minutes into the game, Dráusio Moura recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. Dráusio Moura showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 47 played minutes Jundiaí -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Faria. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Rômulo Pena came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Jundiaí -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Júnior Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráusio Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Jundiaí -DMZ-'s Conrado Gerber was substituted for Rubens Barrichello. 72 minutes into the game, Aaron Alcocer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jundiaí -DMZ- the free kick. Aaron Alcocer hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Jundiaí -DMZ-'s Dráusio Moura. But to his dismay, Dráusio Moura quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Lando Norris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Lando Norris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dráusio Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis got a free kick in the 86th minute. Rômulo Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jundiaí -DMZ-'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
