But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. In the 35th match minute, Lofi Girl Portimao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam George to maneuver through the defense. Lofi Girl Portimao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. Serafim Aragão kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Afonso Mourato didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Porto in the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nuno Porto to strike the kick off in the second half. Honduras's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
