In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lofi Girl Portimao's goalkeeper Afonso Mourato, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lofi Girl Portimao's Afonso Mourato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 14th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Abraham Alguacil notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Lofi Girl Portimao's Afonso Mourato. Afonso Mourato was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuno Porto during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nuno Porto kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nuno Porto in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Porto came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Carlos Melo took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Porto in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 42 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Josué Esparteiro hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nuno Porto to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Isidoro Sarmiento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Sarmiento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lofi Girl Portimao's Afonso Mourato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 55th minute of play. Afonso Mourato didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Berganza went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Lofi Girl Portimao booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Cambeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Porto in the 61st minute of play. Tomas Berganza ran back to his position shaking his head. Zeferino Valido kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Barrios. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alcides Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Lofi Girl Portimao booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Cambeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josué Esparteiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Afonso Mourato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 91st minute of play. After 93 minutes, Dylan Sarmiento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Panama and the Lofi Girl Portimao players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Dylan Sarmiento hit a great ball. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Melo in the 94th minute of play. After 96 minutes, Aaron Barrios mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Panama and the Lofi Girl Portimao players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aaron Barrios hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Alcides Porto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Cotilla having to make a save.
