Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edmundo Espiga got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Honduras booed when Argentino de Buenos Aires was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Cordara didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 3rd minute, Sebastian Villa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Argentino de Buenos Aires's goalie prevented a goal. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mario Isusko scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Argentino de Buenos Aires's Tomás Cordara got a free kick in the 12th minute. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Isusko in the 14th minute of the match. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Argentino de Buenos Aires's goalie prevented a goal. Mario Isuskos short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Lautaro Navarro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 30 played minutes Argentino de Buenos Aires got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Cordara. Argentino de Buenos Aires's Ulryk Bugajski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 31st minute of play. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Isusko in the 32nd minute of the match. After having played for 37 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Sebastian Villa fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Sebastian Villa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Villa to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the match, Honduras's Moises Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ulryk Bugajski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ulryk Bugajski came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Edmundo Espiga. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Argentino de Buenos Aires's Santo Miliano was substituted for Carolo Frasquito. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mario Isusko was the one to do the kick off. Ulryk Bugajski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Moises Tafalla took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Ulryk Bugajski to make any attempt to save it. 61 minutes into the match, Mario Isusko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mario Isusko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Argentino de Buenos Aires made a substitution. Rafael Piarres replaced Mario Isusko. Esteban Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Rafael Piarres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Argentino de Buenos Aires's Ulryk Bugajski got control of the ball when Edmundo Espiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 82 minutes, Jimeno Maurino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Argentino de Buenos Aires and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. Honduras made a substitution. Alexander Costa replaced Luca Espinar. After a rather tough play, Argentino de Buenos Aires's Jimeno Maurino got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Piarres, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. During the 90th minute of the match Jimeno Maurino completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jimeno Maurino a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Argentino de Buenos Aires's Jimeno Maurino got a free kick in the 90th minute. Argentino de Buenos Aires's Ulryk Bugajski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Argentino de Buenos Aires from getting a goal against them. After 94 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Costa. Claudio Bartuelo made in the 97th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gonzalo Marcones. Argentino de Buenos Aires were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Honduras for a fine match.
