In the 14th match minute, REAL ITALIANI F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peru Riguera to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Adriano Friggieri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Melo in the 24th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 25th minute of play forced REAL ITALIANI F.C's goalkeeper Adriano Friggieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adriano Friggieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 29th minute of play. Adriano Friggieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 33rd minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, REAL ITALIANI F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Adriano Friggieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. REAL ITALIANI F.C's Adriano Friggieri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 38th minute of play. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that REAL ITALIANI F.C's Adriano Friggieri managed to reach the ball for a save. Marcus Bittencourt kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Mancebo to maneuver through the defense. After 43 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Cazalla. If Marcus Bittencourt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 51 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Felix Luque. After 52 played minutes, REAL ITALIANI F.C's Eguntsenti Sayavedra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dante Lacasa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in REAL ITALIANI F.C reached it. After a rather tough play, REAL ITALIANI F.C's Remo Souto got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind REAL ITALIANI F.C's goalkeeper Adriano Friggieri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 56 minutes in the game, Alberto Tafalla fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Adriano Friggieri having to interfere. Adriano Friggieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 60th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Adriano Friggieri in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adriano Friggieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 69th minute of play. Adriano Friggieri made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Facundo Cadaval sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. REAL ITALIANI F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Adriano Friggieri quite easily take care of the ball. In the 78th minute, Eguntsenti Sayavedra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. REAL ITALIANI F.C's Darwin Torres was substituted for Edu Melo. If Darwin Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darwin Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Darwin Torres came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
