Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. Edvin van der Saar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edvin van der Saar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 9th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvin van der Saar saved Tribos 4EVER from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Gustavo Gol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Tribos 4EVER's Jardel Messias got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tribos 4EVER's Jardel Messias quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Salvador Gisbert, made in the 21st minute of the game. Gustavo Gol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Jardel Messias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tribos 4EVER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. In the 25th minute, Jardel Messias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edvin van der Saar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cristiano Faria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Gol in the 39th minute of play. The throw-in from Alex Chicote in the 43rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Tribos 4EVER's Jardel Messias. After the first half Venezuela were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Gustavo Gol made the kick off in the second half. Tribos 4EVER's Edvin van der Saar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Tribos 4EVER from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Tomas Illescas took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Edvin van der Saar to make any attempt to save it. In the 57th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Nicanor Elequemedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edvin van der Saar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Edvin van der Saar made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. 67 minutes into the match, Tribos 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Edvin van der Saar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edvin van der Saar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin van der Saar having to interfere. Gustavo Gol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 77 minutes of play, Tribos 4EVER's Gustavo Gol made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Venezuela booed when Tribos 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristiano Faria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvin van der Saar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute, Jardel Messias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The Tribos 4EVER fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Venezuela were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
