In the 11th minute, Orlando Casaus made a precise shot to the right of Matheus Munhoz. Lindner F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Chile's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Jeremias Salles scored to the left of an out of position Thiago Pliego, making the score, 1-2. 21 minutes into the match, Xavier Figueroa notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Lindner F.C's Matheus Munhoz. Matheus Munhoz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lindner F.C's goalkeeper Matheus Munhoz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 26th minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Mariano Lacasa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lindner F.C's Matheus Munhoz did a great save. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lindner F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. Lindner F.C's Matheus Munhoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lindner F.C's Victor Tepedino got a free kick in the 36th minute. Hugon Rzeszutek made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chile's Alan Tamayo. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matheus Munhoz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Guillermo Fontirroig managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matheus Munhoz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Lindner F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chile were winning 1-4.

Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charlie Alfonso in the 54th minute of the match. Lindner F.C were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gelu Roșeanu took the corner. After taking down the ball on Lindner F.C's corner Gelu Roșeanu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thiago Pliego quite easily take care of the ball. The Chile fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Chile's Mariano Lacasa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lindner F.C's Dónald Trump was substituted for Charlie Alfonso. A collision led to Lindner F.C getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Victor Tepedino hit a great ball. Matheus Munhoz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matheus Munhoz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Lacasa in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matheus Munhoz saved Lindner F.C from getting behind. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elliott Virgin, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Chile players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
