USA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andrzej Zapolski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Lu Zhen Sheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Diego Bradley kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 25th minute of play forced DREAM TEAM WORLD's goalkeeper Lu Zhen Sheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Cassius Byrne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lu Zhen Sheng. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrzej Zapolski was the one to do the kick off. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Lu Zhen Sheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 54th minute of play. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrzej Zapolski in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Mcdonald came free, but Lu Zhen Sheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lu Zhen Sheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 80th minute of the match Jenson Smith sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lu Zhen Sheng skillfully saved the ball. The throw-in from Diego Bradley in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by DREAM TEAM WORLD's Rômulo Custódio. Koča Kafarov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 85 minutes into the game, USA's Sam Campbell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lu Zhen Sheng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 88th minute Sam Campbell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lu Zhen Sheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Campbell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute Marco Baker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chants of DREAM TEAM WORLD echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as USA had held the ball for most of the match.
