Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomás Leoncio. LA InDuStRiA INC's Raimundo Obano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, Cristobal Lalla notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristobal Lalla in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristobal Lalla in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Obano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raimundo Obano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Jonas Sotero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raimundo Obano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raimundo Obano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 44th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Obano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Raimundo Obano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Reyes came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raimundo Obano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Leoncio in the 62nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Raimundo Obano. That made the score 1-3 in the 63 minute of play. LA InDuStRiA INC made a substitution. Martin Iratxo replaced Saverio Reyes. In the 68th minute Cristian Sancho suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dariusz Szpakowski during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dariusz Szpakowski hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. LA InDuStRiA INC's Arturo Perpinya was substituted for Cristobal Lalla. The supporters of Ecuador booed when LA InDuStRiA INC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dariusz Szpakowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Perpinya in the 75th minute of play. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Daniel Zorita took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Raimundo Obano to make any attempt to save it. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after LA InDuStRiA INC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. In the 91stth minute of the game Arturo Perpinya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Arturo Perpinya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LA InDuStRiA INC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arturo Perpinya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomás Leoncio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
