Dorian Severo took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Bernardo Lima successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorian Severo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Peru's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Acácio de Andrade was slow to take the kick. During this time S.C. Ferrari's players had a chance to rest. S.C. Ferrari's Bernardo Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 35th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. Peru's Julian Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 56 played minutes S.C. Ferrari got a freekick which was hit by Váldson Arruda. Bernardo Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 57th minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Mina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. S.C. Ferrari's Patrick Angelsø was substituted for Dorian Severo. S.C. Ferrari's Tord Söderqvist was substituted for Gergely Bollobás. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 65th minute of play forced S.C. Ferrari's goalkeeper Bernardo Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the match, S.C.
