With an all-out effort, ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s Mateo Llorienzo threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nils-Emil Blomkvist, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nils-Emil Blomkvist in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mateo Llorienzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Glenn Danzig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Jago in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute Darwin Núñez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glenn Danzig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Glenn Danzig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darwin Núñez, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils-Emil Blomkvist in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateo Llorienzo saved Merengue FC from getting behind. 25 minutes into the match, ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s goal looked a bit too open when Darwin Núñez came free, but Glenn Danzig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Glenn Danzig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Banaszak, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 29 minutes, Constantino Joanes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ☠ Metal Militia ☠ and the Merengue FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s zone, Domingo Jago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Glenn Danzig came out of the goal and Domingo Jago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute Roland Banaszak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glenn Danzig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domingo Jago was the one to do the kick off. Glenn Danzig made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Ismael Frances sent off a good shot on target. Mateo Llorienzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Emil Blomkvist in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Banaszak in the 67th minute of play forced ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s goalkeeper Glenn Danzig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateo Llorienzo came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s Nils-Emil Blomkvist. But to his dismay, Nils-Emil Blomkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 96 minutes into the game, Lemmy Kilmister was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Merengue FC the free kick. In the 96th match minute, ☠ Metal Militia ☠ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lemmy Kilmister to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ☠ Metal Militia ☠ had won after a very even match.
