In the 2nd minute Johan Ström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zumar Cariton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Hibai received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zumar Cariton came out and tried to block the shot, but Joel Hibai slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 4th minute. Ernesto Martini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zumar Cariton having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Edson Fortuño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ernesto Martini came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Lunatics of Arianrhod fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernesto Martini couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the game, Joel Hibai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Zumar Cariton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 20 minutes into the match, Joel Hibai notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Cojiemies FC's Zumar Cariton. Zumar Cariton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 23rd minute, Ernesto Martini fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Joel Hibai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Zumar Cariton made a huge save. Lunatics of Arianrhod's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Hibai in the 26th minute. In the 29th minute, Lunatics of Arianrhod's Joel Hibai ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zumar Cariton. Zumar Cariton yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. 32 minutes into the game, Cojiemies FC's Urtzi Villafranca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eugenio Manfredi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cojiemies FC's goalkeeper Zumar Cariton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Johan Ström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zumar Cariton having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Lunatics of Arianrhod's Fedele Panza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Hibai made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Johan Ström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lunatics of Arianrhod fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Zumar Cariton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Hibai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the game, Joel Hibai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Zumar Cariton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 63 minutes into the game, Fedele Panza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Zumar Cariton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 67 minutes into the match, Joel Hibai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zumar Cariton. Cojiemies FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Hibai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. The supporters of Lunatics of Arianrhod booed when Cojiemies FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edson Fortuño didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Ernesto Martini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zumar Cariton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedele Panza in the 75th minute of play. Ramiro Anguciana charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramiro Anguciana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 80 minutes, Urtzi Villafranca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cojiemies FC and the Lunatics of Arianrhod players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 81 played minutes, Lunatics of Arianrhod's Joel Hibai shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zumar Cariton came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lunatics of Arianrhod reached it. Zumar Cariton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Hibai, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Fedele Panza took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zumar Cariton. Zumar Cariton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-1. When Fedele Panza came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Lunatics of Arianrhod fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fedele Panza couldn't finish the play. Zumar Cariton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Hibai in the 90th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lunatics of Arianrhod fully deserved thier win.
