In the 5th minute, Ryszard Barycz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ITAFUT 4EVER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Jean-Paul Møffelmand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Barycz in the 15th minute of play forced Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Dida Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save ITAFUT 4EVER from getting a goal against them. Nilson Peres made an important save on a dangerous shot by German Cano in the 25th minute. 25 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Nilson Peres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by German Cano. If Ryszard Barycz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Ryszard Barycz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dida Taffarel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 46th minute, Alfredo Martins reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nilson Peres. The goal made the score 1-2. The Marquês de Herval players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ITAFUT 4EVER were winning 1-2.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ryszard Barycz in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dida Taffarel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ryszard Barycz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Taffarel having to interfere. ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Martins in the 66th minute of play. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. João Vítor Porto replaced Niklas Bergdal. ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Baggio was substituted for Ryszard Barycz. ITAFUT 4EVER's Boguslaw Tarasek was substituted for Evelio Rico. Dorian Moraes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75thth minute of the game Rodriguinho Linhares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 77 minutes, Selami Rezan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marquês de Herval and the ITAFUT 4EVER players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute, Selami Rezan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dida Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodriguinho Linhares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Marquês de Herval's Gao Xiang Guang got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute Jean-Paul Møffelmand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel got control of the ball when Jardel Baggio tried to sneak it across the goal line. ITAFUT 4EVER's attack was well implemented in the 85th minute, but when Jardel Baggio was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. In the 87th match minute, ITAFUT 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jardel Baggio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorian Moraes in the 89th minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Nilson Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jean-Paul Møffelmand kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Cano in the 91st minute of play. Dida Taffarel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jardel Baggio's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Jardel Baggio put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Dida Taffarel. The Marquês de Herval fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ITAFUT 4EVER were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
