Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abel de Godoi got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind SeleSantos FC's goalkeeper Dinei Pinheiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th minute Abel de Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinei Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niilo Mikkola in the 13th minute of play forced Olivedos's goalkeeper Yuri da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 played minutes Olivedos got a freekick which was hit by Ricardinho Vianna. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abel de Godoi in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dinei Pinheiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 23 minutes into the match, SeleSantos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abel de Godoi came free, but Dinei Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Abel de Godoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abel de Godoi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dinei Pinheiro having to make a save. 29 minutes into the match, SeleSantos FC's goalkeeper Dinei Pinheiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abel de Godoi. In the 40th minute Leif Törnqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yuri da Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind SeleSantos FC's goalkeeper Dinei Pinheiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 42 minutes into the game, Vânderson de Moraes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SeleSantos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olivedos the free kick. A collision led to SeleSantos FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Vânderson de Moraes hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Olivedos's Abel de Godoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dinei Pinheiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 45th minute Olivedos were awarded a corner. Luisinho Ceresso went to the cornerflag to take it. Dinei Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel de Godoi in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niilo Mikkola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes SeleSantos FC got a freekick which was hit by Vânderson de Moraes. 51 minutes into the match, SeleSantos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abel de Godoi came free, but Dinei Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Olivedos's Abel de Godoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dinei Pinheiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 60th minute Abel de Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinei Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Olivedos's Yuri da Cunha got control of the ball when Jacobo Casado tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 66th minute of the match Olivedos got a corner. SeleSantos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luisinho Ceresso ran over to the corner to take the kick. Leif Törnqvist's late challenge caught a Olivedos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leif Törnqvist helped the player get up and apologised. Leif Törnqvist hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Dinei Pinheiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel de Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niilo Mikkola was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 71st minute. SeleSantos FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience was convinced that Abel de Godoi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dinei Pinheiro was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Dinei Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel de Godoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Dinei Pinheiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abel de Godoi's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. When Abel de Godoi came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Olivedos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel de Godoi couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Yuri da Cunha successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Abel de Godoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dinei Pinheiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abel de Godoi ran back to his position shaking his head. Ricardinho Vianna hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the game, Olivedos's Abel de Godoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dinei Pinheiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel de Godoi in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dinei Pinheiro saved SeleSantos FC from getting behind.
