Vila Zumbi's Antoni Beninda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Dantas in the 30th minute of play. In the 36th minute Kang Fan Xiang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Nejat Özertem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Colombo A.C.'s Ali Nejat Özertem got control of the ball when Maciej Marchlewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maciej Marchlewicz to make the kick off. Vila Zumbi's Antoni Beninda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Vila Zumbi from getting a goal against them. In the 74th match minute, Colombo A.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manoel Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. Ali Nejat Özertem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maciej Marchlewicz in the 76th minute of the match. The corner led Vila Zumbi's Sergio Bertin to fire away a dangerous shot which Ali Nejat Özertem despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With an all-out effort, Colombo A.C.'s Antoni Beninda threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aitor Cintron, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 83rd match minute, Colombo A.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manoel Alagoano to maneuver through the defense.
