António Nóbrega made a great header on New England Minas's corner, it was just that Joinville United - FSCMZ's Borys Gruchacz managed to reach the ball for a save. Borys Gruchacz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Silva in the 12th minute of the match. New England Minas were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Joinville United - FSCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. António Nóbrega took the corner. A nice corner shot did that António Nóbrega got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Borys Gruchacz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mané Lara in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremy Nicholas saved New England Minas from getting behind. Edgardo Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borys Gruchacz having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Joinville United - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Silva came free, but Borys Gruchacz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Didi Cardozo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Joinville United - FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Didi Cardozo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremy Nicholas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute, Xiao Bang Kun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeremy Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mané Lara in the 34th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Edgardo Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Gruchacz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Roman Major hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeremy Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Perfecto in the 43rd minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Prospero Perfecto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremy Nicholas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 46 minutes into the match, Tony Pacheco notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Joinville United - FSCMZ's Borys Gruchacz. Borys Gruchacz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Didi Cardozo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremy Nicholas having to interfere. Jeremy Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mané Lara in the 58th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Joinville United - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Pacheco came free, but Borys Gruchacz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joinville United - FSCMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Oscar Nordmark scored to the left of an out of position Borys Gruchacz, making the score, 2-2. Tio Lio replaced Edgardo Silva. After having played for 72 minutes, Maurício Donatello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New England Minas's Jeremy Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennart Khan in the 80th minute of play. With a little luck, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Borys Gruchacz got control of the ball when Tony Pacheco tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Evgeniy Bakov seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Evgeniy Bakov the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Joinville United - FSCMZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Evgeniy Bakov had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 84th minute, one of Joinville United - FSCMZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Joinville United - FSCMZ. Borys Gruchacz went to the wrong direction when Tio Lio was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 88 minutes into the game, Alesandro Coutinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Jeremy Nicholas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to New England Minas getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Lalo Rosas hit a great ball. Jeremy Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alesandro Coutinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremy Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alesandro Coutinho in the 96th minute of the match. Joinville United - FSCMZ's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
