Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tana Rede kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the match, Granadero10's goal looked a bit too open when Deilmison van Basten came free, but Alfredinho Cavalcante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Rodriguinho Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tana Rede in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute Vítor Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodriguinho Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th match minute, Granadero10 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwo Kaparelis to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 12 minutes, Deilmison van Basten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ATHLETICO PRaiano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Deilmison van Basten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredinho Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denílson Magalhães in the 14th minute of play. Vítor Antunes hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute Deilmison van Basten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredinho Cavalcante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodriguinho Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Antunes in the 22nd minute of play. Alfredinho Cavalcante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Albäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 35 in the game by Fredrik Masculier from a close distance when the talented Rodriguinho Sousa managed to make a qualified save. ATHLETICO PRaiano's players were relieved. Rodriguinho Sousa made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Fredrik Masculier sent off a good shot on target. In the 42nd match minute, Granadero10 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwo Kaparelis to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute of the match Betão Marquez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredinho Cavalcante skillfully saved the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Ralf Albäck made the kick off in the second half. Granadero10's Alfredinho Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Albäck in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Ralf Albäck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredinho Cavalcante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitor Beckenbauer hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Granadero10's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vítor Antunes in the 57th minute. Deilmison van Basten scored 0-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredinho Cavalcante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Heitor Maldini was substituted for Betão Marquez. Laerte Soeiro made in the 66th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Emerson Velasco immediately put the ball in play. In the 68th match minute, Granadero10 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Antunes to maneuver through the defense. Granadero10 made a substitution. Beniamin Madajczyk replaced Fredrik Masculier. The supporters of ATHLETICO PRaiano booed when Granadero10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Antunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodriguinho Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beniamin Madajczyk in the 71st minute of play. Ricardinho Fonseca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Granadero10's Norberto Simão was substituted for Vítor Antunes. Deilmison van Basten took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredinho Cavalcante. Alfredinho Cavalcante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Simão in the 96th minute of play forced ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
