Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Silviu Miclea kicked off to start the match. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovani Velloso having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 10th minute of play forced Noia's goalkeeper Geovani Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geovani Velloso came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Silviu Miclea tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Villegas came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geovani Velloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Joel Gaona shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Villegas in the 38th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Tafalla in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geovani Velloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Noia's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geovani Velloso came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. The Noia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Lautaro Mancebo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Geovani Velloso firmly grabbed it by the left post. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Geovani Velloso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alberto Tafalla was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Lautaro Mancebo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Facundo Cadaval hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Durvalino Toscano put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dante Lacasa. Geovani Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geovani Velloso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Noia's Geovani Velloso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Noia from getting a goal against them. In the 78th minute Durvalino Toscano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Geovani Velloso. Noia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Geovani Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 82nd minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Geovani Velloso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 86 minutes Noia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Alberto Tafalla almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Noia's Geovani Velloso did a great save. Geovani Velloso stood somewhat misplaced when Alberto Tafalla came free in front of goal and shot 1-5 to the left of him in the 87 minute. Geovani Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 89th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Noia's goalkeeper Geovani Velloso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. Geovani Velloso made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Mexico's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
