Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Francisco Seco took the kick off in the first half of the match. Maximiliano Escribano took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andres Ubarna. Andres Ubarna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Mauricio Walme charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauricio Walme the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Uruguay were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Pujol FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jaime Cazalla took the corner. Modesto Panfilo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 12 minutes into the match. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Pujol FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Panfilo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute of the match Jaime Cazalla shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andres Ubarna showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Francisco Seco took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andres Ubarna. Andres Ubarna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Pujol FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Policarpio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 22 played minutes Jaime Cazalla shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Pujol FC's Andres Ubarna to catch but Jaime Cazalla was lucky. It became 0-3 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. After some careless play in the Pujol FC defense, Francisco Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andres Ubarna. The Pujol FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andres Ubarna should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 30th minute of play forced Pujol FC's goalkeeper Andres Ubarna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 minutes, Camilo Franco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uruguay and the Pujol FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Camilo Franco hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, Francisco Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano in 36 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Andres Ubarna guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. When Uruguay's Francisco Seco in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pujol FC's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Pujol FC defense, Francisco Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andres Ubarna. The Pujol FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andres Ubarna should have stopped the shot. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francisco Seco struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Andres Ubarna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Andres Ubarna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Seco's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Urbano Jesco made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Pujol FC's Luis Policarpio got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Jaime Cazalla took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Andres Ubarna. Pujol FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Andres Ubarna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Gisbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Escribano got free with Andres Ubarna in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andres Ubarna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Cazalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pujol FC's zone, Francisco Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andres Ubarna came out of the goal and Francisco Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andres Ubarna was a little too slow when Maximiliano Escribano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-6. Maximiliano Escribano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Escribano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Ubarna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot 71 in the game by Francisco Seco from a close distance when the talented Andres Ubarna managed to make a qualified save. Pujol FC's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Ubarna saved Pujol FC from getting behind. Maximiliano Escribano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Andres Ubarna made a huge save. In the 83rd match minute, Pujol FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Miliano to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Pujol FC's Andres Ubarna got control of the ball when Maximiliano Escribano tried to sneak it across the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Francisco Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andres Ubarna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. After 91 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Franco. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Andres Ubarna made a huge save. Francisco Seco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Andres Ubarna skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Maximiliano Escribano came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Escribano couldn't finish the play. Uruguay's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
