CERVEZA CALIENTE's Horacio Lalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 33rd minute of play. Horacio Lalla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Luz Tejedor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Horacio Lalla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Horacio Lalla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mariano Cordero in the 88 minute of the game. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camilo Enaut's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Rafael Gallo took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horacio Lalla. Horacio Lalla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 95 minutes into the match, Youri De Poorter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Youri De Poorter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The CERVEZA CALIENTE supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Peru's performance. The match ended with a win for Peru.
