Denis Gilabert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Felix Luque got a free kick in the 11th minute. Dante Lacasa acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 11th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jean-Paul van der Leegte. Denis Gilabert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Zeledon Mendez kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 26 played minutes AL TOKE FC got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Shepherd. Joel Gaona took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Denis Gilabert. AL TOKE FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 29th minute of play forced AL TOKE FC's goalkeeper Denis Gilabert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Laureano Gimenez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denis Gilabert. AL TOKE FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Tafalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The AL TOKE FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 0-1.

51 minutes into the match, AL TOKE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Denis Gilabert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AL TOKE FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo scored to the left of an out of position Denis Gilabert, making the score, 0-2. Emanuel Orain hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Laureano Gimenez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Gimenez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Gimenez came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remo Dracena in the 81st minute of play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remo Dracena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AL TOKE FC made a substitution. Jonatan Reyes replaced Jean-Paul van der Leegte. In the 85th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macos Graciani to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute Emanuel Orain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emanuel Orain was slow to take the kick. During this time AL TOKE FC's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Laureano Gimenez managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
