Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Damian Su took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 9th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efraim Gilabert to maneuver through the defense. Federico Colas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Federico Colas in the 10th minute. Emilio Munio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 12th minute of play. Emilio Munio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severiano Venceslas made a great header on Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's corner, it was just that Peru's Rolando Noboa managed to reach the ball for a save. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Emilio Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milagros Fraga in the 27th minute of play. Emilio Munio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emilio Munio saved Acercate Y Patea de Lejos from getting behind. In the 31st minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Munio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute of the match Peru got a corner. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Federico Colas sent off a good shot on target. Emilio Munio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Pepo Hachak in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. In the 42nd minute Milagros Fraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Munio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilio Munio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 played minutes Acercate Y Patea de Lejos got a freekick which was hit by Nicolaas Otamendi. Luz Tejedor was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 44th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 47 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Anthony Alvarado. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Pepo Hachak made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. In the 55th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Munio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilio Munio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Julian Murillo made a precise shot to the right of Emilio Munio. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Emilio Munio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Peru's Julian Murillo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 65th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Javier Milei was substituted for Teodosio Bilintx. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos made a substitution. Kraig Rowley replaced Federico Colas. After having played for 76 minutes, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 81 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emilio Munio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Emilio Munio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Acercate Y Patea de Lejos from getting a goal against them. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. In the 86th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Eliseo Mina went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Eliseo Mina fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emilio Munio quite easily take care of the ball. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Eliseo Alcocer sped through Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Emilio Munio. Emilio Munio came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Milagros Fraga. But to his dismay, Milagros Fraga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kraig Rowley in the 96th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Kraig Rowley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. Peru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
