José Francisco Cevallos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso de la Cruz in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute Julio Chicote shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Francisco Cevallos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramírez Aceves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute Alfonso de la Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Francisco Cevallos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Chicote took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Francisco Cevallos. Unax Quintairos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clemente Esteban made in the 24th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ramírez Aceves however managed to control. Ramírez Aceves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Francisco Gallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramírez Aceves got free with Camilo Freixa in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. José Francisco Cevallos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Ferrant, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. José Francisco Cevallos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Fernandino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joshua Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Eduardo Fontirroig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. José Francisco Cevallos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Fontirroig in the 45th minute of play forced INGOBERNABLE F.C's goalkeeper José Francisco Cevallos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mario Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, INGOBERNABLE F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Chicote came free, but José Francisco Cevallos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Ramírez Aceves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. INGOBERNABLE F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bolivia the free kick. In the 55th match minute, INGOBERNABLE F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramírez Aceves to maneuver through the defense. José Francisco Cevallos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Fontirroig in the 57th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eduardo Fontirroig got free with José Francisco Cevallos in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind INGOBERNABLE F.C's goalkeeper José Francisco Cevallos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joshua Miralles made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by INGOBERNABLE F.C's Piero Hincapié. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Fontirroig in the 75th minute of play forced INGOBERNABLE F.C's goalkeeper José Francisco Cevallos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, INGOBERNABLE F.C's Ramírez Aceves got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Alfonso de la Cruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mario Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lavalle Cotorro came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the INGOBERNABLE F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lavalle Cotorro couldn't finish the play. Bolivia played a much better game than INGOBERNABLE F.C and deserved their victory. The INGOBERNABLE F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
