Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 13th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Valhalla Time's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Waldir Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Best Tek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valhalla Time's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. A collision led to Valhalla Time getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Best Tek hit a great ball. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute. The corner led Ecuador's Luis Andino to fire away a dangerous shot which Waldir Gaúcho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Luis Andino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waldir Gaúcho was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. After having played for 30 minutes, Amaury Hulsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valhalla Time's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amaury Hulsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Felix Montenegro managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 40 minutes into the match, Valhalla Time's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Waldir Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Valhalla Time players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amaury Hulsen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Valhalla Time's Waldir Gaúcho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Valhalla Time from getting a goal against them. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldir Gaúcho having to interfere. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jimeno Santo hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 68th match minute, Valhalla Time was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Shantala to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Cristian Sancho could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Waldir Gaúcho however easily saved by the left post. After 69 played minutes Valhalla Time got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Henrico. Cristian Sancho was extremely unlucky when he, in the 72nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 75th minute, Amaury Hulsen made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Waldir Gaúcho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Waldir Gaúcho made a huge save. Valhalla Time's Waldir Gaúcho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Valhalla Time from getting a goal against them. In the 87th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Waldir Gaúcho. Valhalla Time's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Waldir Gaúcho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 91st minute, Lorenzo Henrico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
