Valentín Carvallo's late challenge caught a MOEBIO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mostafa Muhammed in the 28th minute of the match. Honduras's Valentín Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Melchor Markel, made in the 33rd minute of the game. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mostafa Muhammed's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Sebastian Villa hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Mostafa Muhammed ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Mostafa Muhammed did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Lautaro Navarro 43 minutes into the match. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mostafa Muhammed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mostafa Muhammed to strike the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 50th minute to try and stop a shot by MOEBIO's Mostafa Muhammed. But to his dismay, Mostafa Muhammed quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 54th minute of the match MOEBIO got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aitor Tuga ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Mostafa Muhammed's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Edmundo Espiga's late challenge caught a MOEBIO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aitor Tuga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vuk Urgovski in the 68th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Vuk Urgovski came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to MOEBIO getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Hao Fan Chuan hit a great ball.
