After a defensive mix-up in Milan's zone, Moises Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolph Mcinnes came out of the goal and Moises Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moises Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Adolph Mcinnes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pierre Lowes during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pierre Lowes kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolph Mcinnes having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Sebastian Villa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 32 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute of the match, Dacosta Johnson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lautaro Navarro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Bock Fortington sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Bock Fortington put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th match minute, Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudy Addison to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Milan's Rudy Addison got a free kick in the 61st minute. Milan's Hank Malacarne was substituted for Dacosta Johnson. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hank Malacarne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolph Mcinnes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Villa's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After 77 played minutes Milan got a freekick which was hit by Rudy Addison. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hank Malacarne in the 80th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st match minute, Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudy Addison to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Hank Malacarne came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adolph Mcinnes acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 96th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Edmundo Espiga. Honduras's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Milan had won, even though Honduras had held more of the ball.
