After a rather tough play, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Serginho Leão got a free kick in the 2nd minute. When Alfonso de la Cruz got free in front of the goal in the 26th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Betinho Moura was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With a little luck, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Betinho Moura got control of the ball when Mario Fernandino tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 35 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Julio Chicote. When Eduardo Fontirroig came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduardo Fontirroig couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Léo Alagoano made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig. Victor Ortle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camilo Freixa having to make a save. Eduardo Magnin hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Betinho Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Fontirroig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sid Lampard in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Alfredo Ferrant was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. the free kick. In the 88th minute, Sid Lampard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sid Lampard in the 93rd minute of play. After 94 minutes, Joshua Miralles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bolivia and the C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
