Sture Abrahamsson came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Facundo Cadaval. But to his dismay, Facundo Cadaval quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Facundo Cadaval kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Radomir Gerlach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 16th minute of play forced Nytäppet Fc's goalkeeper Sture Abrahamsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sture Abrahamsson came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Luca Zorita. But to his dismay, Luca Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Lorenzo Cazalla kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 26thth minute of the game Haritz Trespuentes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luca Rouco hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 30th minute of play forced Nytäppet Fc's goalkeeper Sture Abrahamsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nytäppet Fc's Sture Abrahamsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 30th minute of play. The Mexico fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Mexico's Joel Gaona looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nytäppet Fc's Sture Abrahamsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haritz Trespuentes in the 39th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sture Abrahamsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 played minutes Nytäppet Fc got a freekick which was hit by Dave Lombardo. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dušan Vlahović in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Haritz Trespuentes to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haritz Trespuentes in the 56th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sture Abrahamsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Sture Abrahamsson however easily saved by the left post. Nytäppet Fc's Sture Abrahamsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Nytäppet Fc from getting a goal against them. In the 62nd minute, Aaron Västlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cordara Larrave, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 71 minutes in the game, Joel Gaona fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sture Abrahamsson having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Sture Abrahamsson threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nytäppet Fc's Sture Abrahamsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 85th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Alberto Tafalla slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sture Abrahamsson. That made the score 0-6 after 85 minutes of play. In the 87th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sture Abrahamsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Nytäppet Fc's zone, Luca Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sture Abrahamsson came out of the goal and Luca Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 played minutes Nytäppet Fc got a freekick which was hit by Martin Lindman. The supporters of Mexico booed when Nytäppet Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomir Gerlach didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Nytäppet Fc fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
