Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Damian Su took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Lacasas short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Emilio Munio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 9th minute of play forced Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's goalkeeper Emilio Munio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Jose Manzanedo. When Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Federico Colas in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. In the 21st minute Federico Colas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Emilio Munio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's goalkeeper Emilio Munio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Emilio Munio in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emilio Munio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 38th minute of the match. Primitivo Jatsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 played minutes Acercate Y Patea de Lejos got a freekick which was hit by Severiano Venceslas. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 48th minute Federico Colas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Lacasa to make the kick off. Emilio Munio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 51st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Pepo Hachak got a free kick in the 56th minute. Emilio Munio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Fontirroig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 minutes of play, Chile's Guillermo Fontirroig made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emilio Munio was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lacasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Munio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Kraig Rowley was substituted for Federico Colas. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Danilo Errolan was substituted for Damian Su. The supporters of Acercate Y Patea de Lejos booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Carballar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kraig Rowley's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. In the 68th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Pozo to maneuver through the defense. If Jose Gipuzkoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 71 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Kraig Rowley came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpected shot in the 79th minute by Danilo Errolan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emilio Munio having to make a save. Emilio Munio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 84th minute of the match. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kraig Rowley, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Kraig Rowley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jose Gipuzkoa was slow to take the kick. During this time Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Kraig Rowley got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thiago Pliego quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chile had played much better football throughout.
