In the 4th minute, Edmundo Espiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 唐剑振 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in 泾县Red-Star FC's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 唐剑振 came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 23 minutes into the match, 泾县Red-Star FC's 范康烽 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in 泾县Red-Star FC's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 唐剑振 came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If 范康烽 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 范康烽, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 45thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 泾县Red-Star FC's 唐剑振 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated 唐剑振. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 袁朗辉 made a kick off. The supporters of Honduras booed when 泾县Red-Star FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. 唐延斐 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of Honduras booed when 泾县Red-Star FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. 范康烽 didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in 泾县Red-Star FC's zone, Luca Espinar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 唐剑振 came out of the goal and Luca Espinar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 唐剑振 having to interfere. 73 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 唐剑振 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The throw-in from Christian Sancho in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by 泾县Red-Star FC's 顾风棋. 83 minutes into the game, Christian Sancho threw the ball into play from the sideline. 泾县Red-Star FC's 顾风棋 quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to 泾县Red-Star FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. 范康烽 hit a great ball. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Villa might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 唐剑振. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Villa ran back to his position shaking his head. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. 96 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 唐剑振. 泾县Red-Star FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmundo Espiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Honduras had played much better football throughout.
