Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pelle Flinck started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Moises Fernandino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Pelle Flinck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pelle Flinck in the 11th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Jämjö IFK's Henrik Almstedt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Zorita narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dan Bergstedt made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Moises Fernandino sent off a good shot on target. Moises Fernandino scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dan Bergstedt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes into the match, Jämjö IFK's goalkeeper Dan Bergstedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Fernandino. In the 28th minute of the match Jämjö IFK got a corner. El Salvador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olof Wennerström ran over to the corner to take the kick. Moises Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Bergstedt having to interfere. Abram Luque hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Moises Fernandino struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Dan Bergstedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Salvador. In the 40th minute, Abram Luque fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dan Bergstedt, passed just outside the right post. 43 minutes into the match, Jämjö IFK's Henning Bodin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Zorita narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moises Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jämjö IFK's Dan Bergstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Fernandino in the 52nd minute of play. In the 61stth minute of the game Pelle Flinck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jämjö IFK's goalkeeper Dan Bergstedt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 67thth minute of the game Abram Luque who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jämjö IFK's Dan Bergstedt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Moises Fernandino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dan Bergstedt having to make a save. After some careless play in the Jämjö IFK defense, Moises Fernandino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dan Bergstedt. The Jämjö IFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dan Bergstedt should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Fernandino in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dan Bergstedt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Moises Fernandino came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the El Salvador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Fernandino couldn't finish the play. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Marco Tamayo hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Jämjö IFK's goalkeeper Dan Bergstedt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
