The Belgrano LOS PIRATAS fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Teodoro Hartz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 16th minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogério Ceni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Teodoro Hartz came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Belgrano LOS PIRATAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Hartz couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 27th minute of play forced Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goalkeeper Rogério Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Teodoro Hartz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodoro Hartz went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Teodoro Hartz took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rogério Ceni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Rogério Ceni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Axel Montenegro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rogério Ceni came out and tried to block the shot, but Axel Montenegro slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 52nd minute. Rogério Ceni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 58th minute of the match. Rogério Ceni came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Santino Seco. But to his dismay, Santino Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Hartz in the 63rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Hartz in the 67th minute of the match. If Teodoro Hartz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Hartz in the 69th minute of play. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS made a substitution. Herbert Pracki replaced Teodoro Hartz. Joerg-Uwe Sieben kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Abram Secada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Pracki, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS had won after a very even match.
