Washington Arantes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. Marco Day didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when CLAYMORE COUNTRY's Gilbert Bonsaint shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 9 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilbert Bonsaint. Anthony Eadie kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbert Bonsaint, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Gilbert Bonsaint received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Bonsaint, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Gilbert Bonsaint shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Maciel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob May in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to CLAYMORE COUNTRY getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Sten Lindell hit a great ball. If Edward Mcdonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. USA's Cassius Byrne got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilbert Bonsaint stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. CLAYMORE COUNTRY's Lucas Maciel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save CLAYMORE COUNTRY from getting a goal against them. Lucas Maciel came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by USA's Monty Rogers. But to his dismay, Monty Rogers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilbert Bonsaint's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 58th minute of play forced CLAYMORE COUNTRY's goalkeeper Lucas Maciel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 61 minutes of play, CLAYMORE COUNTRY's Washington Arantes made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Day was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anísio Azevedo in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 67th minute of play forced CLAYMORE COUNTRY's goalkeeper Lucas Maciel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Anísio Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Anísio Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. CLAYMORE COUNTRY's Ahmet Ceyhan Erozan was substituted for Sun Kun Bing. After a rather tough play, CLAYMORE COUNTRY's Dusty Amireau got a free kick in the 71st minute. CLAYMORE COUNTRY made a substitution. Emilian Onișoru replaced Bernardino Orlin. Dusty Amireau kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Lucas Maciel made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Sam Campbell sent off a good shot on target. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by CLAYMORE COUNTRY's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Monty Rogers was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Jacob May managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbert Bonsaint, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Washington Arantes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Day. USA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Washington Arantes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Sten Lindell's late challenge caught a USA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sten Lindell helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Sam Campbell managed to get in a good position for a shot. USA's supporters rose to their feet, but Sam Campbell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Maciel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 91 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Bonsaint came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sam Campbell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Lucas Maciel made a huge save.
