Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eliseo Bingen made the kick off which started today's match. In the last second Julio Vera throw himself and got hold of the ball when Eliseo Bingen in the 5thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 6 played minutes San Lorenzo de Sarandi got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Calvino. 12 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Oscar Passet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Passet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the San Lorenzo de Sarandi defense, Luis Andino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oscar Passet. The San Lorenzo de Sarandi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oscar Passet should have stopped the shot. Oscar Passet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. A throw-in in the 19th minute of the game was made by Luis Andino with Cristian Sancho as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 22nd minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Passet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oscar Passet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25thth minute of the game Luis Andino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Oscar Passet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 27 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Oscar Passet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of play forced San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Oscar Passet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oscar Passet was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute of the game Felix Montenegro made a throw-in which Daniel Zorita played forward. Oscar Passet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Passet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 40th minute of play. Primitivo Andino made in the 44th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cristian Sancho however managed to control. Cristian Sancho scored 0-4 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oscar Passet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Anacleto Urtzi was substituted for Eliseo Bingen. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Oscar Passet made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Oscar Passet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Passet saved San Lorenzo de Sarandi from getting behind. After 73 minutes San Lorenzo de Sarandi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Oscar Passet managed to reach the ball for a save. 74 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Oscar Passet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. Daniel Zorita in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Oscar Passet, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Luis Andino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Oscar Passet came out and tried to block the shot, but Luis Andino slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 82nd minute. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Daniel Zorita took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Oscar Passet to make any attempt to save it. Oscar Passet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 89th minute. In the 90th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Andino to maneuver through the defense. Oscar Passet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 97th minute of play. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Oscar Passet made a huge save. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
