Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alisson Beckers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Alisson Beckers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walter White received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17th play minutes Steve Gerrard shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Dante Lacasa and just under the crossbar into goal. Joel Gaona might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alisson Beckers. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alisson Beckers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, 【AC】明太祖⑩以雷霆击退黑暗Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Alisson Beckers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Steve Gerrard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When Luca Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luca Zorita couldn't finish the play. Steve Gerrard hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gaona in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Joel Gaona didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Firmino came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
