Felipo Carulla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Felipo Carulla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 12th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipo Carulla having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Luca Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that KS Bozywerek's Felipo Carulla managed to reach the ball for a save. Felipo Carulla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 39th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in KS Bozywerek's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipo Carulla came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radowit Grabski in the 53rd minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Kociniewski in the 55th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Lorenzo Cazalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Zorita got a free kick in the 66th minute. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felipo Carulla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Felipo Carulla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
