Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Illescas made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 4 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Belgrano's Lorenzo Clementi. But to his dismay, Lorenzo Clementi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 16th minute, Saul Filipo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elano Pimenta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute, Urbano Herauso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Belgrano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Club Atlético Belgrano's Elano Pimenta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 27th minute of play. Elano Pimenta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 30th minute of play. After 33 minutes, Jose Correa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Club Atlético Belgrano players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elano Pimenta was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lorenzo Clementi to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Clementi, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Elano Pimenta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the game, Saul Filipo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 68th minute, Patricio Costa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 69 minutes, Jonathan Venegas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Club Atlético Belgrano players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th minute, Lorenzo Clementi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Costa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elano Pimenta having to make a save. Club Atlético Belgrano's Elano Pimenta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Belgrano from getting a goal against them. The Club Atlético Belgrano players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
