Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Jämjö IFK's Pelle Flinck started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dan Bergstedt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. A nice corner shot did that Edmundo Espiga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dan Bergstedt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Calle Gregersson hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Edmundo Espiga succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 23rd playminute. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Dan Bergstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Jämjö IFK's goalkeeper Dan Bergstedt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Sebastian Villa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the Jämjö IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Jämjö IFK booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jämjö IFK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! In the 58th minute there was a penalty for Honduras. Edmundo Espiga stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dan Bergstedt. 2-0. When Henning Bodin fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jämjö IFK's protests and gave Henning Bodin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd match minute, Jämjö IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henning Bodin to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute of the game Calle Gregersson made a throw-in which Claes Lindholm played forward. Luca Espinar hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dan Bergstedt saved Jämjö IFK from getting behind. Dan Bergstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 78th minute of play. Dan Bergstedt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. When Moises Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Pelle Flinck kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dan Bergstedt saved Jämjö IFK from getting behind. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dan Bergstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 96th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Honduras had won after a very even match.
