An unexpectedly hard shot by Terry Peysson in the 18th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 朱远洲. 24 minutes in the game, 朱远洲 dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kazimierz Domin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Waldemar Kita came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 31st minute, Mariano Lacasa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If 朱远洲 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Chile's Felix Garrido got a free kick in the 37th minute. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when 朱远洲 tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the ◇Mz.梦◆Parma Calcio 1913 defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waldemar Kita. The ◇Mz.梦◆Parma Calcio 1913 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waldemar Kita should have stopped the shot. In the 61st minute Terry Peysson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Mariano Lacasa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Waldemar Kita. The goal made the score 1-4. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terry Peysson, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The Chile players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
