Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cassius Byrne got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cassius Byrne in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leandro Munio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 12 minutes into the match, Bermejo Club's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Leandro Munio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Kiewit in the 15th minute of play. Bermejo Club's Leandro Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 20th minute of play. Johan Kiewit might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Johan Kiewit ran back to his position shaking his head. After 24 minutes Bermejo Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cassius Byrne who took care of the corner kick. USA's Cassius Byrne was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leandro Munio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Edward Mcdonald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Munio having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johan Kiewit got free with Marco Day in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Munio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. King Nanuk charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed King Nanuk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. King Nanuk hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Johan Kiewit was the one to do the kick off. If Edward Mcdonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Johan Kiewit fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bermejo Club's protests and gave Johan Kiewit a yellow card for diving instead. Johan Kiewit kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Bermejo Club's goalkeeper Leandro Munio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliberto Tauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Feliberto Tauro kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st match minute, Bermejo Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Tauro to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the game, Diego Bradley threw the ball into play from the sideline. Bermejo Club's Feliberto Tauro quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 75th play minutes Monty Rogers shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Leandro Munio and just under the crossbar into goal. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. In the 85th minute, Honorio Nikola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Munio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalid Parry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Antônio Carlos Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
