Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo el Divague's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wei Chao Yi came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 4 minutes into the game, Andrei Ačas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo el Divague's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. In the 4th match minute, Deportivo el Divague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrei Ačas to maneuver through the defense. Wei Chao Yi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Wei Chao Yi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 14th minute of play. Wei Chao Yi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 26 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Diego Fe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo el Divague's supporters rose to their feet, but Diego Fe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, Deportivo el Divague's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Wei Chao Yi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Deportivo el Divague getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Ignacio Abaurre hit a great ball. In the 39th minute of the match Tomas Illescas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wei Chao Yi skillfully saved the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Diego Fe sent off a good shot on target. Deportivo el Divague's Wei Chao Yi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 61st minute, Diego Fe made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After 63 played minutes Deportivo el Divague got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Banegas. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Apolo Banegas during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Deportivo el Divague's Apolo Banegas got a free kick in the 77th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Deportivo el Divague's goalkeeper Wei Chao Yi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. In the 80th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Deportivo el Divague getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Diego Fe hit a great ball. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. When Alonzo Tercero fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo el Divague's protests and gave Alonzo Tercero a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Deportivo el Divague's Alonzo Tercero got a free kick in the 86th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Alonzo Tercero threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Alex Chicote quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Deportivo el Divague support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
