Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Francisco Seco took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Jonas Urbez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13thth minute of the game Jonas Urbez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Jonas Urbez put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Falckner FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Filipo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Edgardo Lleir came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Falckner FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgardo Lleir couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Francisco Seco took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Remigio Joanes to make any attempt to save it. Remigio Joanes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, Maximiliano Escribano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Falckner FC's Remigio Joanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 39th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonas Urbez made a kick off. The referee felt a red card was in order, 51 minutes into the game, when Arturo Carvallo put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Uruguay fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! Uruguay:s Joaquin Gayoso showed great skill when he stopped Silverio Mazuste:s penalty. After 56 minutes, Maximiliano Escribano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uruguay and the Falckner FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maximiliano Escribano hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonas Urbez in the 63rd minute. After having played for 64 minutes, Jonas Urbez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Falckner FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Urbez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. Maximiliano Escribano kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Remigio Joanes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Gisbert went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Falckner FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Urbez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute, Alejandro Falcke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Uruguay had played much better football throughout.
