Abram Sarmiento might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastián Torrico. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abram Sarmiento ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30th minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Torrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevin Mastache hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukasz Wietrzychowski in the 32nd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abram Sarmiento in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastián Torrico saved C.F.Fuenlabrada from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 41st minute of play forced C.F.Fuenlabrada's goalkeeper Sebastián Torrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 played minutes C.F.Fuenlabrada got a freekick which was hit by Ricard Ferrer. Ricard Ferrer hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Sebastián Torrico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.F.Fuenlabrada's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Abram Sarmiento scored to the left of an out of position Sebastián Torrico, making the score, 1-2. In the 61st match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Navarro to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Orlando Tafalla got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 63rd minute, Julien Million ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Charly Izquierdoz hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Charly Izquierdoz kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukasz Wietrzychowski in the 70th minute of play. After having played for 71 minutes, Edward Västerberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.F.Fuenlabrada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edward Västerberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Edward Västerberg in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Pascual Carballar. Kevin Mastache hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Lukasz Wietrzychowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.F.Fuenlabrada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukasz Wietrzychowski in the 84th minute of play. After 88 minutes of play, C.F.Fuenlabrada's Lukasz Wietrzychowski made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 4-3 when Ignacio Mastache sped through C.F.Fuenlabrada's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sebastián Torrico. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Lukasz Wietrzychowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Lukasz Wietrzychowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukasz Wietrzychowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The C.F.Fuenlabrada fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
