Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olov Valrot in the 5th minute. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Olov Valrot tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute of the match Rörvik BK got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olov Valrot ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bo-Erik Säf was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 15th minute of the match, Olov Valrot got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dante Lacasa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 17 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olov Valrot. Kent Nordlander kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Hurşit Üke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Lautaro Mancebo scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hurşit Üke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 30 minutes into the match, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hurşit Üke narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hurşit Üke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Hurşit Üke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 34th minute of the match. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hurşit Üke having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hurşit Üke was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Peter Enegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Peter Enegren made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Hurşit Üke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Rörvik BK's Hurşit Üke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 57th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Enegren came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rörvik BK made a substitution. David Mattsson replaced Karl Ivarsson. Rörvik BK's Ingvar Esbjörnsson was substituted for Peter Enegren. In the 65th minute Rörvik BK were awarded a corner. Olov Valrot went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Rörvik BK's corner Olov Valrot fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dante Lacasa quite easily take care of the ball. Lorenzo Cazalla's late challenge caught a Rörvik BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lorenzo Cazalla helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mexico fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! Dante Lacasa had in the 71stth minute some difficulties stopping Olov Valrot's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 73rd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hurşit Üke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Rörvik BK booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Facundo Cadaval didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hurşit Üke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Olov Valrot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Hurşit Üke successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Rörvik BK's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hurşit Üke came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mexico played a much better game than Rörvik BK and deserved their victory. The Rörvik BK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
