In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Società Sport Osasco's goalkeeper Samuel Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 88thth minute of the game Ignacio Mastache who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Società Sport Osasco's Samuel Santos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, La Società Sport Osasco's Samuel Santos got control of the ball when Abram Secada tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abram Secada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Colombia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
