Jaime Pardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but 陆骏迪 made a huge save. After 12 played minutes 慧星扫除厄运 got a freekick which was hit by 叶俊彬. 陆骏迪 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 13th minute. In the 17th minute, 毛朗勇 made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 史耀宽 made in the 20th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano. 陆骏迪 was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jaime Pardo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 24 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Ivan Prats got a free kick in the 27th minute. 董笑志 kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Pardo. In the 37th minute, Xavier Zoido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 沈洋剑 hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, 史耀宽 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When Jaime Pardo came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Pardo couldn't finish the play.

A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Raul Venegas hit a great ball. 52 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when 史耀宽 came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Pardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. 陆骏迪 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 55 played minutes 慧星扫除厄运 got a freekick which was hit by 毛朗勇. Jaime Pardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaime Pardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 陆骏迪 having to interfere. 陆骏迪 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pardo in the 65th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, 许远广 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 慧星扫除厄运's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paraguay the free kick. 许远广 kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After 70 minutes of play, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 陆骏迪 was left in no man's land by his defense there! 慧星扫除厄运's 毛朗勇 got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 陆骏迪 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pardo in the 76th minute of the match. 史耀宽 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. 张骋益's late challenge caught a Paraguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 张骋益 helped the player get up and apologised. 张骋益 hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. If Jose Sanz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano got a free kick in the 85th minute. 史耀宽 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute.
