Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo de Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dudu Magalhães's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Vista Alegre FC's Dante Lacasa threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robustiano Clementi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Vista Alegre FC were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Igor Souza took the corner. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldo de Moraes having to interfere. A collision led to Vista Alegre FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Igor Souza hit a great ball. Ronaldo de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Vista Alegre FC's Ronaldo de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 22nd minute of play. When Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dudu Magalhães to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Clementi came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronaldo de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 53rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Robustiano Clementi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. After 57 played minutes Vista Alegre FC got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Ibar. Ronaldo de Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 59th minute. After having played for 61 minutes, Robustiano Clementi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vista Alegre FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robustiano Clementi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vista Alegre FC's Norberto de Azevedo was substituted for Dudu Magalhães. Vista Alegre FC's Lex Nelis was substituted for Igor Souza. Robustiano Clementi kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Robustiano Clementi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Clementi in the 83rd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Clementi, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If Norberto de Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronaldo de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 94th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Mexico players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
