Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Teobaldo Belmiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a left leg Geronimo Ongile saved Gastres FC from getting behind. 17 minutes in the game, Abram Sarmiento dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Neto in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 22nd minute of play forced Gastres FC's goalkeeper Geronimo Ongile to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Calistrat Geangu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mathieu Koning took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Geronimo Ongile having to make a save. Gastres FC's Geronimo Ongile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Axel Montenegro got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. Geronimo Ongile showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geronimo Ongile. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice moves Axel Montenegro could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Geronimo Ongile however easily saved by the left post. 55 minutes into the match, Gastres FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Mastache came free, but Geronimo Ongile reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calistrat Geangu in the 63rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 67th minute of play forced Gastres FC's goalkeeper Geronimo Ongile to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geronimo Ongile made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Ignacio Mastache sent off a good shot on target. 96 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Belmiro came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
